We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return any item for free within 60 days of purchase. Please make sure the product is complete and in perfect condition. Keep it unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Free Returns

To return a postal or courier item, please use our returns tool. It will guide you through the process with your order number and email address.

You will receive an email once your return is processed. To verify if your order has been received, use the tracking option for your chosen return method.

What is your return policy? icon

If you are unsatisfied, you can return items within 60 days of delivery. All returns are eligible for a complete refund through the original payment method.

Once processed, refunds take 5–10 business days. We provide UPS/FedEx return labels for all returns. We cannot accept returns on international orders or items marked as "final sale."

How do I exchange items? icon

We do not currently accept exchanges. To switch items, return your original item and repurchase the new one.

Do you charge for return shipping? icon

We offer a complimentary label and free return shipping.

How can I return an item I have purchased? icon

To return items, visit Returns to initiate the process. Print the shipping label to attach to your package. Please return items within 90 days. We cannot process returns for items that are marked as 'final sale'.

Is there a restocking fee for returns? icon

No, there’s no restocking fee for returns made within 60 days.

Do you refund international orders? icon

No, we do not offer refunds for international orders.

When will I receive my refund? icon

If you haven’t received a refund, please check these steps:

  1. Look at your bank account for the refunded amount.

  3. If it’s a debit card, check with your bank, as they often have processing times.
