We are happy to offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders. You can get Ela Lane's luxury sheets and bedding delivered to your home at no extra cost.

  • We will process and ship your order from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Once shipped, your package should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
  • We deliver orders from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • A signature may be required. You can easily track your order—we will email you a link. Alternatively, you can track your order through My Account.
  • We want to make your shopping experience enjoyable and easy.

All orders to the U.S. mainland are shipped using a tracked service. You will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Sales Tax & Customer Fees

By law, we must charge sales tax. Relevant sales taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout. Tax charges depend on state and local laws and rates. You will see the sales tax amount during checkout, after you enter your shipping details, but before you add your payment info. For more information on sales tax, please see our payment page. We want your order to arrive smoothly and quickly. If you are placing a large order, please email us at help@elalane.com. We will gladly help you ensure your order is placed and processed efficiently.

Pre-Orders

We may offer exclusive pre-orders for our most popular collections. When you buy a pre-ordered item, your confirmation will include this information and an estimated shipping window. We will charge your card when you purchase to reserve your item. You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Please note that we cannot change orders with pre-ordered items after they have been placed.

Special Locations

Packages sent to non-continental U.S. areas, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam, might take longer due to their remote locations. We always aim to deliver your order quickly. However, please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery to these areas.
