Refund Policy

- Eligibility: Refunds are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@elalane.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
